    Hi my name is Kirstin :)

    Im 23yrs 5'2' pear shape and 142lbs. Not big haha but a little on the "fluffy side"
    Id like to be about 120 lbs. I feel like an icerberg because 80% of my mass is below the surface (aka my waist) lol!
    currently started using myfitness pal along with a fitness/weight loss program im doing with some other ladies.

    what things do you find motivate you to keep on track?
