This weekend has been horrible. I am up on the scale 10 lbs and the worst thing is I had ankle surgery 6 weeks ago and cannot workout strenuously still. So tomorrow I am going to do what my trainer always recommends and lower my carbs and stick to lean proteins. So frustrated with myself.

Totally get that. I feel like i have gained weight but I everything seems to be fitting the same. Also the anti-inflammatories and percocet for pain does not help because I think a side effect is water retention. Good times! I have been trying to limit my calories and think I am doing a pretty good job. Thank you!

Swimming I have to wait till the incision wounds have healed and I can walk to the gym. But that's a great idea. Boxing -may work but isnt there a lot of ankle movements?

This is me! I started off at 184 got down to 173 in 2 months. My goal is to be 150-160 and have about 23 to go and it is not coming off. I have tried everything. Finally decided to not bother with the scale and just focus on fitness. It is so frustrating though.

I would choose my Ultimate Goal weight plus maintenance of it for life. Money is money and makes things easier but being fit, healthy, and strong seems like a better reward.

Don't forget to up your water intake by double when traveling. I end up drinking at least a liter of water on the plane ride. I can be up almost 5 lbs from just the plane ride plus the sodium in foods eaten out. Good Luck!

I like Premier Protein it has 30 grams, and 3 net carbs. Tastes like chocolate milk with no muscle milk type film. I also like ON (optimum nutrition Hydrowhey and gold standard) with milk or water. Good luck!

Another issue is not eating enough protein and fat at a sitting. Make sure to have a well balanced meal at each meal! Also add about 100 cals and see if you feel differently.

I am a 38 DDDD(E) and I have weighed 220lbs and 165 and my boobs have never decreased. I am thinking about getting a cup reduction to just a double dd. So frustrating i will say.
