I'm still here. It's been a rough two weeks for me, and I've gained two pounds to show for it. But I've got my head back in the game and I'm ready to go at it again :)

This week my food challenge is to not have any sugary treats this week - even if I have the calories to eat it! This will be tough because I like my ice cream. My exercise challenge is to run 4x this week and redo the burpees and prison get ups again! And the wall squats!

I struggled this week but I did all the challenges. My son helped me with the prison get ups - he acted like my ruthless guard and yelled at me to get up. I think he enjoyed it a little too much!!

I was so excited that I did all the challenges this week. Those burpees and squats kicked my butt! But that is what I needed to get out of my comfort zone. Can't wait to start next week.

I did the squats, lunges and pushups yesterday. Felt the burn on the last two sets! Trying to decide if I want to run this morning or not. The hardest step is the one out the door!

I want some tall boots too!! I've never had any but I want some for this fall. I decided to use them as a mini reward - I get them if I eat well and workout 5x a week for 3 weeks. One week down and 2 more to go until I get my boots!!

I rarely repeated days. I found that I had a terrible run on repeats instead of improving. It was all mental. But if I moved up a level, I would have a good run and do fine. I'm a little too hard on myself.
