I started this challenge at 208.5. I lost 4 pounds the first week, and gained 3 back. Im currently at 207.5 so I have only lost 1 pound. Im still working hard at it. With a little more effort I believe I can make it happen.

Daily Calories: 1500 now....just changed it from 1200 Height: 5ft 6in Current Weight: 193 Calories burned from Exercise: most week days 250-500, weekends anywhere from 700-1900 depending upon if I make it to the gym.
