Hello!

On/off long time MFP user here, started my journey at 240 lbs, currently at 182 lbs and have been a lone wolf for the majority of that time, SO if anyone could do with a consistent, daily logger kinda friend (and vice versa) please send a request my way :)

I'm 31 years old, from the UK and averaging about a 1 lb loss per week on around 1650-1750 calories a day...

Slow and steady wins the race!

    I'm in a similar boat. Was around 215 at my heaviest. I've lost some and gained some. Was on MFP regularly in 2012, not so much for the last two years. Glad to be back, and could use some friends (and happy to provide support).
