Hello!
On/off long time MFP user here, started my journey at 240 lbs, currently at 182 lbs and have been a lone wolf for the majority of that time, SO if anyone could do with a consistent, daily logger kinda friend (and vice versa) please send a request my way
I'm 31 years old, from the UK and averaging about a 1 lb loss per week on around 1650-1750 calories a day...
