i started at 166 in mfp 8 weeks ago and ive lost a steady 2 pounds a week (16 pounds) down to 149 now and im eating atleast 1200 calories a day and exercising atleast 6 days a week. you can do it you just have to eat better, workout right and stick to it. goodluck!

i try really hard to not eat those calories back.... imo you should be burning as much as you are eating off... of course i never get there but i dont eat back the 300-500 cals i worked of dont see the logic in that.

okay i did this workout yesterday for the first time and i absolutely loved it... there are different moves and it really does work you out... i find the newer videos that she comes out with are better and better i like it more than 30 day shred... killer buns and thighs is also an awesome video/workout

thank you for posting this. the simple fact of the matter is that if you are eating less/consuming less cals and working out you will lose weight.
