Your body needs to focus all it's energy on fighting the infection, not keeping fit. Get over the infection then think about getting fit after.

HI try Kundalini Yoga especially by Maya Fiennes. Fantastic for the mind and also good exercise for the body. I feel on top of the world when I have completed the dvd, I use one for stress good luck

Get to know your body, I know that I very rarely loose weight for the first 3 weeks, but once it starts going it keeps on going, very slowly, but i get there. chin up
