Just finished it a week ago. Only lost 6lb in weight but my body was changed by toning. Arms, waist and hips all, in all 6 3/4 inches total!!

I grab a serving of almonds and water before I work out. If I eat anything I seem to get sick to my stomach. Then a protein shake or eggs about 30 min. afterwards. Good luck and happy and healthy future to you!

I was always trying to figure out mine calories too. Best advice I can give you so that you can be totally honest with yourself is spend the money for a HRM. I did and it has helped me so much. Polar FT4, so easy to work with and worth the money. You can find them for around $60. Good luck and health and happiness to you!!!
