    It's officially been a year since I started using MFP, and since then I've lost 115 lbs. When I started on 3/21/11, I weighted 303lbs and my original goal was 80lbs. Here's a quick before and after picture I put together.

    Before: 303 lbs
    Current: 188 lbs

    awesome job :) I have quite a bit to lose and have 8 months to lose most of it in (7 if I want my dress to fit perfectly for the big day) :) again great job :) thank you for the share it is definately something that helps the rest of us when we see someone else is succeeding or has succeeded. :)
