I am almost in the same boat as you. I did this about 6 yrs ago and lost 60 lbs. Then slowly gained most back and what I hadnt gained back by the time I was pregnant I gained even a little more So now it's time to start ths journey all over again. Went back to the gym last night and will start logging food today.

I'm here to support I'm 7 months pp and I am just starting what I should of started at 10 weeks. Proud of you! I want to loose 25 lbs to get to pre pregnancy weight. Then I'm going for about 50 more.

I also used to have this same issue. I was embarrassed of myself. The best way to record ur calories for a place that is a build ur own is to go on their website and create the sub just as u would. It has a calorie estimator on the subway website. My personal favorite is chicken teriyaki.

I have a bodybugg and i burn on a busy day at work (im a waitress) and working out one session at the gym about 3000 calories/day. I don't know how that will relate to your daily lifestyle, but I am 5'8" 186lbs.

If it is your first time I definitely recommend the classes! See if there is a schedule when you go in and try lots of different classes. Classes make working out fun.
