Congratulations on your half! I agree with this plan of action.

I didn't have any black bars to add to the relationship.

http://www.runguards.com/ Even if you don't run, RunGuard does wonders.

This would be awesome for 2016. Here's to hoping.

Hate to lead you on, but I am not a Starbucks drink.

Saw it yesterday and thought it did not feel like a two hour movie. Like how they rebooted the whole movie series since X-Men 2 and The Last Stand flopped horribly.

Ran the Rock n Roll St. Louis Marathon in October 2013. I enjoyed it a lot, had a lot of fun runners to challenge myself beside. It was great not only because of the runners and cheer squads on the side, but also because there was a ton of local music played on the side. They also normally have a pretty well known band…

Thinking about getting it. I'm already a runner, but a fan of Walking Dead and willing to try anything new.

Why hello thar abs.

Greek yogurt. Can not stand the sour aftertaste.

Haha story of the past five weeks for me. I ate the usual holiday food AND have a foot injury that hasn't let me run.. As you can guess, I gained weight (about 10 pounds to be exact.) Back to healthy eating and getting exercise where I can get it (ex: cycling.) Want to hold each other accountable? While recovering from an…

Well aren't you Mr. Speedy Gonzales? Congrats on the PR! Rock N Roll St. Louis Marathon: 4:12:00 This past weekend I ran my second marathon, and only 7 weeks after my first. This weekend was a 25 minute PR. :) All things can happen as long as you put your mind to it.

You finished, and that is much better then a lot of people can say. You're right, running a marathon is very much a head game. I've run two marathons in the past, and this second one I just finished was my strongest yet because I ran with a pace group. If you can find others to help pump you up while running, it becomes…

If that's the case, then I also give two thumbs up to Carson's suggestion: PB is a blessing.

I did it a year or two ago, and am running marathons now. Not saying everyone will aim for that goal, but the program itself works. I recommend finding a 5K to register for now so you feel like you must make it to the end. Make sure you run at a pace where-as you can talk comfortably to someone. If you push yourself too…

First of all, congrats on deciding to run #2. What exactly are you eating? I recommend making sure you are getting enough proteins and healthy fats into your diet.

Thanks for the support guys. :) I do feel like paleo is the way to go; I will eat a PB&J sandwich for lunch and not feel satisfied at all. Meanwhile I will eat a bowl of chili (I know it's not quite paleo) and feel more content.

I keep looking at nomnompaleo.com and see all of these paleo recipes... It certainly has my interest. My only thing is budget. I don't have a whole lot of cash flow in (I try to keep my food cost to $50 a week), and we all know how expensive any meat can be. Good luck to whatever you decide. I'm keeping an eye on this…

Actually, after losing 60 pounds, people think I'm younger then I was before (before I lost weight, no one asked for my ID.. Afterward, everyone asked.)
-
Ran my first marathon at the beginning of this month. :) Hopeful to run my next one in October

Weekly will keep you from pulling your hair out, since your body will regularly change due to water weight among other things. While weighing on a scale is a way to keep track of the fat you've lost, I recommend using measuring tape instead. Keep track of measurements around the hips, waist, chest, neck, thigh, and bicep…

Built, hard find.

On the same page. I prefer hanging around guys; a lot of girls I know are full of drama. I don't want to be in a relationship/sleep with all of them either. If a guy has good looks + good attitude, then I may be interested.

Depends on what you're looking for. The PF gyms in my area contain cardio equiptment with weight machines (no free weights.) If you're looking for something like that, then I say go for it. However, if your PF gym is like mine and you want to use free weights, I suggest you continue looking.

Hi. I also am a 20 something, and am preparing to apply for graduate school toward marketing and communications. I am into running among other exercises. :)

I use 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal, add water, a fruit (apples, banana, blueberries, etc), and either peanut butter or walnuts for protein. I too hated oatmeal growing up, but it's delicious now that I know how to serve it.

Thank you for the tips. I am thinking I am going to give myself until September to absorb the information and then take the test.

I am a GU fan myself. Honey Stingers are a bit too sweet for my taste. Favorite flavors include Espresso Machine and Salted Caramel.
