What are some popular healthy foods that you hate?

It probably was not a good ideal to be eating my key lime greek yogurt while reading this thread. :laugh:
I abhore any of the low fat mayo, sour creams and cheeses. I will take the full fat version thank you very much and find a way to fit them in....or run a mile or two if I have too.0 -
I hate spaghetti squash, but I actually don't like pasta, either so that's not really a surprise. I don't like Kale, either. Not real big on (white, yellow, red) potatoes. I do like sweet potatoes, though. Okra...it's a demon vegetable. YUCK!0

Mushrooms. The worst "vegetable" imaginable. Blergh! Can't get past the texture. I hate when I want a veggie burger and it's a stupid portobello mushroom, not a bean/veg/whatever patty.
I also will not eat cauliflower unless under duress. It tastes like nothing.0 -

Celery by itself. After 2-3 bites it tastes like a goblin farted in my mouth. Pretty good with eggs though.0

I fokin hate quinoa and hummus. Yuck. Greek yogurt, IMHO, tastes like chalk. Polenta is ****e too.0

Blueberries... I've hated them since I was a kid...
Hummus - unless I make it myself and can put what spices I like in it
Fish - I want to like fish and I try and try... I've been craving salmon lately which is weird because I've never even had it0 -

First thing that comes to mind is almond butter... I tried and found it disgusting...
As I read through the others I remembered beets, radishes, yams, lamb, game and any organ meat...

I can't stand celery. Cooked, I can ignore, but raw... yikes. Hate artichokes and olives as well.
Mushrooms and hummus I'm not fond of but it's edible.
I've never had Kale.0 -

sweet potato! I hate the texture and sweetness. Here in Hawaii the sweet potatos are purple, less mushy and not as sweet. I can eat them as baked chips, but not any other way. The orange ones...never.0

Mustard. Which is unfortunate because I'd like a low cal sandwich condiment option.

Those gross salty green olives in the jar, i never tried them from the olive bar at the store though. Chickpeas are just nasty, hated them since middle school in our salads. Lima beans for sure are a no go. I've warmed up to spinach, mustard greens and collard greens though. Diet pepsi i just can't drink anymore it tastes so bad. You know i kinda eat just about everything i've tried so far lol. No wonder i'm fat.0

I like almost everything that's been mentioned (never had chia seeds), but I also like considerably less "healthy" foods, too. I like lots and lots of foods.
Maybe not the hugest fan of cauliflower, but certainly nowhere near hate.
And all y'all hating on celery -- I have to believe that there is something off with you (dare I speculate homicidal sociopathic personality disorder?) -- the taste and the texture is awesomesauce. Add some almond butter or peanut butter to raw celery Get that celery crunch and flavor in a nice stir fry And celery is not all braggadocio about its vitamins or protein or other nutrients -- it just is and brings its inherent loveliness.0 -

I dislike fish - All types. It's ok, because I am also allergic (luckily non-life threatening) to them. Living in Alaksa, Fish are everywhere.
Walnuts & Pecans.
Eggs - Food Allergy. I can eat things where Egg is not the main ingredient.
Mushrooms - Can's stand, & make me sick as well.

I'm so glad I'm not alone in hating kale. It is vile, awful, disgusting... Ugh. And EVERY person tells me to include it in my diet.
I CAN'T.
People have started making kale crisps/chips so I could try this, but I'd have to find a recipe where it's not smothered in crap...0 -
Kale, Sushi, Salmon, Shirataki noodles, asparagus, lima beans, edamame off the top of my head.0
