The girl was claiming they helped her come off her anxiety meds etc while taking them and starting a daily health plan and working out.. that’s the main reason! I was trying to tell a friend going through a similar situation and I just cannot remember for the life of me what she had said they were.. the price was cheaper…

Bump, I'm still working on losing/building muscle/toning and I too feel that way a lot. I just push through it, would love to hear the insight as well!

The soreness will go away and with any of her routines I feel that way the first few days.. I refer to it as the JM waddle.. :-)

IMHO.. When everyone else walks out in skinny tight dresses, even Holly who is awesome, then she has to come out in a dress that's not fitted to show it all off.. It was obviously to hide what others had already seen. Highly shocked! I'm 5'3 and my smallest when I was like 16 was 107lb but I still had a booty and bobs!

I actually just finished walking all over the house to complete my first 10,000 steps, Shell! I thought I did good on days off but it definitely proved me otherwise! Thank you for the support!! -mae

Week 2 Day 2 today! Felt great! I pigged out and had a few drinks last night, but I did well on Sunday, so I figured that was a "spike day" :-) I watched workout 3 today as well, it looks super fun!! :-)

I started Phase 1, Week 1, Day 1 today! I like this so much more than the other DVD's of JM, although I love all of those too. She has a potty mouth in this one, as do I on a daily basis. For me, that is so motivating, ironically, lol. I know it sounds awful, but I'd rather have someone yelling and cusing than being nice…

I joined the group today!! I got my body revolution on Thursday and plan on starting it Monday just going with the normal schedule, no jump start. I work nights and sometimes, 30 mins or so is enough, an hour long workout is pushing my sanity! :-) I did the 30-day shred for about 25ish days, and bored with it and then I…

Thanks everyone! The weekly calorie goal may be a good idea, I may try eating things like the peanut butter, still not terrible for you but helps fill in those gaps!!

I have gained in my arms and leg, I'm building muscle! I tend to bulk up in muscle in those areas, but I have lost and inch in the chest area and half an inch in the waist

Nothing has ever worked for me! While playing soccer and riding horses, I always get them in my right leg, never the left! I just try and push through them and little ibuprofen. Sorry now advice, but I've tried everything before too!
