Can anyone tell me why I feel so weak?

I'm at 1600 calories, upping 100 calories a week to maintenance TDEE ( Around 1700 Calories )
I just got a fitbit, so I try to walk by dog 5 miles ( the 10,000 step challenge daily ).
I do the Arc Trainer at the gym for an hour 1 - 2 times a week, and I strength train for 30 minutes 1 - 2 days a week.

I have been on a similar routine for months now, maybe about 6 months.
But even so I STILL feel run down and weak physically all the time.
Like my legs don''t want to work and my arms don't want to lift anything.
Kinda like muscle fatigue or something.
Even high protein days I dont feel better.

Any suggestions why I always feel this way?

You're out of shape most likely and you aren't fueling your body enough. You're working out often and doing many miles, so I would be your real TDEE is above 1700, especially at the age of 21.

Bump, I'm still working on losing/building muscle/toning and I too feel that way a lot. I just push through it, would love to hear the insight as well!

Definitely not out of shape. Use to hike up to 10 miles a day even before weight loss.
Though I cant tell you exactly when it started. Maybe 6 months ago? Maybe a bit less?
I never paid much attention to it until now so unfortunately I cant give you a timeline.
My routine really hasnt changed that much. Maybe more cardio? Not sure

I thought maybe not enough calories for fuel but my FitBit says my weekly average for TDEE is around 1700.

I always feel sluggish if I haven't had enough sleep or water.

Try having more protein and fats on a more regular basis to see if that helps. Or more iron rich foods.

    Might be iron.
My mom was diagnosed with a iron blood issue and cant have iron foods anymore so I dont get it in my diet very much anymore.
    So that could be it.

Cause i /usually/ get enough protein

Best thing to do would be to check in with a doctor and get a blood test :D
It could be anything from your blood sugar to your b12.
Nip it in the bud, whatever it is.

I was going to say anemia :) I got diagnosed with iron anemia a few months ago. Working out was when I noticed the weakness/tiredness. My doctor noticed the hemoglobin level on his own, though, and I have to take megadoses of iron. That kind of sucks because it hurts my stomach, but I do feel much better! Good luck :)

I wouldn't call walking 5 miles many miles

A simple blood test may be the start of the solution to your problem! Anemia or low B3 are easy to fix if that's all it is. Or if you're just that scared of needles, up your calories for a couple of weeks and/or add iron-rich foods and see how you feel. If these still don't make you feel better, blood test!
