I absolutely love combat! It is my favorite form of stress relief. My upper body is currently sore from yesterday's class. You get to pretend like you are fighting someone, so what's not to love?!

Most of the time, I don' exercise the first day when my cramps are at their worst, but once that's done I'm good to go again :).

I say just have a cup or two of the "real" stuff that you actually enjoy, instead of trying to find a substitute. You will probably be satisfies with less that way.

I also used to feel strange about having my diary open, since I am not always a traditional eater, but when I decided to open it I actually found it to be liberating. I enjoy looking at my friend's from time to time, especially when I need some new ideas, so I figured I could do the same!

Resistance tubes/bands are inexpensive and take up very little space. Try youtube for workouts, free and super effective. Hope this helps! Good luck!
