I did the Yoga this AM. I think I am getting a little better at it. My arms kill though with all the planks!

I did the cardio kickboxing and then due to time issues I did the abs instead. I am going to add another arm recovery to another day to make up for it!

I did this yesterday...I upped my weights as much as I could to 8lbs. YEAH!

I did this one with weighted gloves! Man was it HARD!

I am so uncoordinated that if anyone saw me do the Yoga they would have laughed! It was hard on my arms too. Next up Cardio Kickboxing!

I wear a heart rate monitor because I want to KNOW how many calories I am burning up! So far this has been what my is saying: Total Body + Bonus Buns= 432 Cardio KickBoxing + Bonus Abs= 366 Lower Body + Abs=406

Coffee (with coconut creamer)! I also need a cheat day every once in awhile. I was under calories last night so I ate some lays potatoe chips :drinker: They actually tasted really greasy to me :noway: I also need at least a little something sweet....Sugar in my tea, fiber one brownies (so good!) or a small piece of candy…

I thought today was the Lower Body? That is what I did and it was HARD! The chair+ lunges and the step up :huh: were brutal!

The lower body one tomorrow is BRUTAL! Thank god it's only 20 minutes.

I did the Kickboxing and because I was still alive I decided to add in the Abs today! The jumping jacks and fast feet at the end were crazy!

Hi Everyone! I was so glad to see on the facebook page that we had a myfitnesspal group too!! I did xtreme Total Body and the Buns today and burned 432 calories! Man was I dripping by the end. I took a nice COLD shower after. I am sure I am going to feel this tomorrow but I know it's all worth it!

Cutting out Fast Food (only getting subway) and exercising 5-6 days a week. I am now counting my calories and that is making a huge difference! :smile:
