  • i use my scales quite often, before i started dieting i didnt realise how much i ate. i didnt realise 30g of special k only just filled the bottom of the bowl, until i started measuring i'd be have 4servings in one.

  • sounds like a relitively healthy breakfast to me.. i only have 2 different breakfasts, becaues i train everyday 1~ hour after and like a high protein breakfast thats easy to make 30g oats w/ 30g whey protein or 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 25ml milk (scrambled) w/ 2slices wholemeal toast.
