was my breakfast healthy and enough today?

1 slice of 75 calorie whole wheat bread, w/ Peanut butter spread.

1 medium banana

2 slices of turkey "bacon" 35 calories ea.

Was that healthy to you?

What was/is your breakfast today?

    sounds like a relitively healthy breakfast to me..

    i only have 2 different breakfasts, becaues i train everyday 1~ hour after and like a high protein breakfast thats easy to make

    30g oats w/ 30g whey protein
    or
    4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 25ml milk (scrambled) w/ 2slices wholemeal toast.

    Sounds pretty good to me. :)

    I almost always have some form of cereal. Usually Kashi go lean piled up with sliced strawberries and almond milk. Today I was out of both though so I had a bowl of kellogs fiberpluss berry crunch cereal with almond milk. Didn't really give me the energy I really needed for my workout this morning though.
  • I like Jillian Michaels' food choice criteria ... if it doesn't have a mother and didn't grow out of the ground, don't eat it. You did good for breakfast!
    I had 6 egg whites with 1/2 tbsp of flaxseed, 1 tbsp of shallots, some cayenne pepper and a slice of organic american cheese with a nectarine on the side.
