Yeah but what im trying to get across is people who eat 3 healthy meals a day and arnt aware of having to eat 1200 otherwise there body will go into 'starvation mode' dont have any problems. Where as if your on a low calorie diet and you know you should be eating 1200 what the difference with the person who doesnt no to…

Well im going away on holiday and wanna cut them down completley. I was previously doing slimmers world. So im not to sure how many i was eating. I brush my teeth 3 times a day and found doing it more because i cant stand the taste in my mouth. Its just making me not want to do the diet, as my mouth becomes really dry them…
