Bailey, I cannot post on your question about weights for Chalean Extreme so I will post here. You will need some heavy weights. I have 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, and 25. I used mostly the heavier ones. good luck!

Congrats on the 80 LBs!!! Another solution maybe to check out Chalean Extreme. It is Weight Training but with exercise bands. She will tone you up in 90 days no problem. I love Chalean Extreme and I have the same body type. Jiggly in middle.

I am burning few calories during the exercise, but my afterburn is way more. I use a bodybugg and my daily calorie burn has been consistantly 200 to 300 calories more at the end of the day. Keep it up! I am in Workout7/8 and it is a Killer! I Hate it, but only one more week and I get to move on :)

I would like to know also. I have a bodybugg, but I don't like the website. It is much easier to log food in MFP than the bodybugg website. I like the info that bodybugg provides like how many calories you burn while wearing it, but it does not track when sleeping. I don't like having to wear it all the time, I have a tan…

I eat my calories back, but I try to keep a 500 Calorie deficit. But MFP has me only eating 1200 and I should be eating 1600....
