I have a 5 year old and for the past 5 years been filling outwards and getting rounder :( hoping to loose around 25-30lbs this is my 4th attempt at it as I also lose my motivation and get side-tracked easily :( hopefully we can motivate eachother :)…

I did 200 jumping jacks, all 75 crunches but completely forgot about the sit ups :( after doing 30 day shred I went straight to bed haha :( what a dissapointmet i am :( do better on the next one

Ooo my that sounds like a lot, I'm sure I'll manage it jumping jacks aren't too bad I suppose ... 200 of them though :| Will do them though out work and will let you know later :)

All done... My god that was hard especially since I was doing 30 day shred today haha Split them up into 80 at work 20 at home! Work ones I did sets of 20 and the home ones sets of 10!

Ah... I don't like this, but I'm going to give it my best, will spread them out through the day I think :)
