hey, feel free to add me I am also desperately in need of some support. Hi people, sorry i didnt update a few days ago but my home laptop has decided to pass away :( i am now having to update at work haha i have slightly changed the charts now so that they display level 1/2 results :) happy shredding:bigsmile:

or i have just thought you can, right click it and copy it, then paste it in paint to see it and you wont have to save it :)

I did 200 jumping jacks, all 75 crunches but completely forgot about the sit ups :( after doing 30 day shred I went straight to bed haha :( what a dissapointmet i am :( do better on the next one

Ooo my that sounds like a lot, I'm sure I'll manage it jumping jacks aren't too bad I suppose ... 200 of them though :| Will do them though out work and will let you know later :)

All done... My god that was hard especially since I was doing 30 day shred today haha Split them up into 80 at work 20 at home! Work ones I did sets of 20 and the home ones sets of 10!

Right, done my 200 crunches at work earlier since I had some spare time Just remembered about my sit ups, so I've just finished them :) feel good for it though Look forward to tomorrow's challenge

challenge accepted...struggled with it but i managed to push to 80, i pushed the 80 out in 7 sets. my arms are sore :frown:
