Today's challenge is:
Jumping Jacks - 200
Crunches - 75
Sit-ups - 25
Do as many as you can and you can do them any style you want.
The important thing is that you try to so them.
My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics.

Ok i just did 50 jumping jacks and will do the rest tonight!

Ooo my that sounds like a lot, I'm sure I'll manage it jumping jacks aren't too bad I suppose ... 200 of them though

Failed miserably yesterday, only got 50 push ups roughly. This one sounds more my cup of tea though0

I did 200 jumping jacks, all 75 crunches but completely forgot about the sit ups after doing 30 day shred I went straight to bed haha what a dissapointmet i am do better on the next one0

I just did this. 25 crunches, 50 jj, 25 crunches, 50 jj, 25 situps, 50 jj, and 25 straight-leg crunches. Heart's going!0

1 sit up is an improvement for me
