I am 5'7 and have been wavering between 155 and 160 for what seems like forever! I'd love to be down to 135-140. Good luck to everyone with their goals!

I like Grape Expectations, makes me smile. :) As for challenges, I like miles/week challenges and calories burned/week challenges (obviously you need to have a couple goals based on weight).
