Yep I completely agree with this. if you can do 5 days and be injury free then go for it. If not, keep to the schedule you've been doing.

I'm suprised at all you 1200 a dayers. I'm 5'7" 128lbs and I'm at 1650 I run and do insanity and p90x. Maintance for me is 2150. But I guess if I wanted to lose 2lbs a week I'd be at 1150. But I think I'd be hungry at that low.

Weight loss is NOT a symptom of low thyroid, it's a symptom of over active thyroid.

You need to find a new dr, one that will listen. there are sites that have dr recommendations for your area of dr's that actually understand that "normal" isn't necessarily "normal".

Yep and it took me forever to find a dr that would listen to me and work with me in getting my levels right. I did a lot of research on my own. Synthroid and the likes never did anything for me but make me worse, I was taking that running over 60 miles a month watching what I ate and never lost a lb. Once I started…

Recovery day for me today. I really don't like this workout, it burns less than 200 calories for me, though I guess it's a good day to do it, I have a 5 mile speedwork run to do to. Wednesday just sucks all around for exercise.

Do y'all know what your average calories burned are? Mine range from 288-350ish, I would think it would be more. Well maybe that's wishful thinking on my part. I seem to have hit a plateau (sp) with my weight. I'm stuck around 132. Insanity 6 days a week and I run 4 days a week. You'd think it would be easier to lose…

Hey all, I'm on day 6. I only had 2 of the dvd's for about 2 weeks so I was just doing those, finally broke down and bought a copy. I'm happy to be able to do them all. If anyone wants to add me as a friend to keep each other motivated feel free. I'll post my fit test results later.

C25K has nothing to do with increasing your distance each day. You should be either tracking time or distance, not both. Since you were able to complete the day I would move on to the next week.

With my heart rate monitor on I burn between 250-350 calories per insanity workout, that's the plyo and the cardio one that's right after it. I wish I could say it's more. I'm about 5'7" and 134ish if that helps you any.
