I never know. I set my goal at 125lbs (I'm 5'4") but my husband thinks that is too thin. IDK. The smallest I ever was was 150lbs but I was so screwed up about how I looked I didn't realize how small I was.

Because some people are just *kitten* for the sake of being *kitten*. Besides, who cares what two ****s in a van think? You are lovely so eff 'em. Don't waste your tears on such pathetic excuses for human beings.

Anywhere from 300-400. It really depends on if I crack and take some cream in my coffee, lol. I've tried eating less than that but by around 11 I'm ready to claw out eyes for food.

That is amazing - great job!

I love my kettlebells. I tried the bands a few times but was never nuts about them - it didn't feel like I was working my arms as much as I do with the bells.

You look AWESOME! Congratulations and great work!

Don't reward your kids with food. That's how my mom was raised - she has an eating disorder - and that is how she raised me. She feels tremendously guilty about it now but she didn't know. Also, if you get up and are active, your kids will be too. The fact that you even ask this question is awesome and I'm sure you a great…

I rarely use bottles dressings. My go-to is a chipotle oilive oil and pineapple balsamic vinegar splashed on and tossed. So good.

Spicy chicken sausage with spinach and mushrooms over quinoa and a salad. Om nom nom.

Hi! I'm 33, no kids (except two dogs and a cat), and I have closer to 200lbs to lose but I'm taking it a little at a time! I'm trying to think in 10lb increments instead of the big picture which is a touch overwhelming. Feel free to add me! (Also, how would I add someone back?)

I adore TJ's and shop there all the time (except for when I go to Wegmans for my Chobani and coffee creamer). My faves are the veggie pasta, the Heartland Grains mix (quinoa, millet, brown rice, etc), the various flavors of chicken sausage, the frozen bags of chicken breasts, squares of lite Feta, and their crumpets for…

Absolutely! Your body is tightening - flatter tummy, perkier boobs (lol, sorry no other way to say it), your legs look more toned. Good job!

This is a fantastic post and very inspiring for those of us who have well over 100lbs to lose! Thank you for the tips and sharing your honest approach to weight loss and congrats!

It is a fitness center/day spa that only has classes no gym equipment. They do yoga, Zumba, boot camp, etc. But every gym around here (I live in the suburbs of south Jersey right outside of Philly) offers Zumba.

This absolutely made me cry. I am just starting (again for the millionth time but I am trying not to thing of it that way) and this post is so inspirational. Thank you.

Thanks everyone! The class is tomorrow night and two of my friends are coming with me. It is a Zumba Toning class so I get to use maraca weights! I'm really excited because I love dancing, I'm just self-conscious of my size. But, hey, gotta start somewhere, right?

I cut them in half and toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, and a little red pepper flakes. Roast for about 20-25minutes on 400. They get all soft in middle but crunchy on the outside - I could eat the whole tray!

Awesome job and I love love love your ink. :)
