I love avocado and always try to have at least a little for good fat and creaminess. My lunch this week was a spinach tortilla wrap with green, tomatoes, peppers, chickpeas, chicken, and avocado. Delicious and super filling!

I disconnected twice - the second time I did a soft reboot on the UP2 to see if it would help. Yeah, that is about what I would get back when I was using my Fitbit but the Jawbone is a little crazy!

The other day I wasn't feeling very well so I didn't move very much at all. I think I took 4.5k steps and it gave me back 1100 calories!

I am the same way! I want something sweet then when I'm done eating it, I want something salty! Once I satisfy one craving another pops right up.

You really aren't! Saturdays are usually okay because I take a Zumba class in the morning but Friday nights/Sundays are the WORST! I get so lazy and figure "oh I do well all week, I can eat whatever" and while I'm not gaining weight it leaves me so sluggy and gross on Monday.

Absolutely yes. There have been studies that showed the brain lit up in the same way for an addict getting a fix or a person eating something sweet. I believe over-eating and food addiction is part of a larger eating disorder but still addictive.

I do squats and wall sits every time I use the bathroom in addition to an actual workout at the end of the day. While I agree that nothing replaces a longer workout, it absolutely does help to do those little bit of exercise during the day! I find it gives me so much more energy and has helped me work harder during Zumba…

I love love LOVE my HIIT workouts but when I first started doing them I was all over place and unable to keep up or do many reps. One of my friends makes her own pickles - they are so spicy and garlicky and delicious! I eat them with everything and because the pickling juice is nothing but vinegar, garlic, and spices/peppers I drink it without fear of too much sodium. My fave is a pickle, avocado, and havarti open-face sammie on multigrain bread.

Trader Joe's makes an amazing garlic simmer sauce for chicken or fish - it's delicious. We just had it last night with chicken breast, polenta, and green beans.
