HELP ME CHOOSE MY DRESS!

Hello MFP's!!

I have a wardrobe dilemna. I'm about to go to a wedding that's gonna feel like a high school reunion.
Half of the guests come from my teenage years, the other half are dancers.
I want to look great. What do I wear?

ANY comment is welcome. Please, give my your opinion!

Those dresses are completely different but both fit the black tie dress code.

This one is made of very light fabric (chiffon, I think it's called), kind of see through. I love it but I'm not sure it's really flattering on me.

This one is more "curve friendly" (;-)) but I don't know if I can pull it off... Yet.

The black and white shoes are a done deal. They're pretty and confortable.

So? Wich one do I wear?

    #2...the first one isn't doing you any favors.

    ETA: I would say lose the black stockings and pumps. Go with a natural/nude stocking and maybe a nude heel (higher the heel the better) to elongate your legs. I feel you look more confident in the second and look bored/frumpy in the first.

    Black tie? #1. Floor length is more traditional for black tie and that open-vee neck is very flattering.
