You are just so cute! Congrats - keep it going!!!!

Wow - your 25 pounds lost are A LOT more obvious than my 25 pounds lost (nobody has said anything to me yet either, but I lose equally from earlobes to little toe). You look great. Must be the Alberta winter and all those layers of clothes...wait until spring - bet you will get lots of comments then!! - your fellow Canadian

Wonderful! What a transformation! You had me chuckle at the 70's pictures: yep, I remember those hair styles and fashions! :). I love the haircut you have now - certainly NOT frumpy-grannie like!! Keep on going - look forward to your next update! Karin

Good for you.....great accomplishment! I look forward to seeing your next-year pictures!

Do we have a group? Is there a weekly commitment thingy? I would love to participate....

Just the poundage lost in these replies is a motivator!! Hats off to all of you Biggest Losers who replied! WOW!!!! Think about it this way: 1 year from now you will probably still be here (as in, on Earth). You can be on your way to healthier, fitter, feeling better about yourself by then, or you can still beat yourself…

I love the idea. I know you will rock it. I am not quite there yet...but when I get there, I will join you on the 0 setting.

Thanks, Ladies - great info! I had no idea these things existed! Lyne, will def check out the Yoga...OOHHM! Uhemmmm...DrChimp - not sure what the twilight video has to do with anything...but I guess I would learn how to run fast?

Thank you, Jen!

Yeah...that is awesome!!! I find that too...when I stick between 1200-1400, or even the odd 1600, I know I eat less that I burn. Everything else I burn I take as a bonus. So my goal this week is to breath. I am not going to make it "logging" again, because I need a goal where I can feel successful for now. I can breath...I…

Thanks for keeping this going, Ladies! My goal is to just start again...get those good habits back: eat regularly, balance my calories throughout the day, and LOG LOG LOG!!! No more dilli-dallying around! Let's keep it strong! 14 weeks.... :)

Nice to meet you, Angela! Glad to have you onboard! Love your quarter idea, Gwen - imagine if all our lunches would be paid for my our quarters! How to keep track, though? Good to get to know you guys a bit better too - Hobbies...mmmh...I love to travel. My travel-bucket list is getting so long, that only a lottery win…

Not really...I heard the upping you caloric intake but to me a calorie is still a calorie. With 1400, you are serving your body well in my opinion. Maybe it works for people whose calorie intake is really low and the metabolism is getting lazy...you got try things out to see what works best for you
-
I should and could be doing better....and will...
-
Welcome to our little group, Angela! Where in Ontario are you? NSV - mmmmh....I feel better not being stuffed...I think that;s a start!! :)
-
I love TO! If the weather is nice, we could ferry to the islands and have a walk and a picnic...just another suggestion... I hope to have my little convertible bug out by then...
-
Toronto sounds good....I am in St Thomas, so that's 2 hours for me. I am ok with that....we are really not all that far apart considering how big Ontario is...
-
Hahahaha...we won't invite Jillian on May 11th then... :) Are we all around 30 pounds from our goal weight, give or take?
-
My challenge this week: Start logging again every day, every bite
-
Ladies - I am almost in the mood for a pre-challenge meeting...so we can ooohhh and ahhhhh when the challenge is done.. May 11th sounds good? It's a week before Victoria day week-end...I figured people have plans then... My goal for May 11th: 165 pounds or 75 kg. That's 26.5 pounds/12 kg and 18 weeks away. So - that is a…

Thank you for posting this! Thank you to all veterans...the fallen ones and those who are back. Let us make sure they get the care they need!!

My reward for hitting my half-way-there goal was a Shellac-manicure! I love it - never had nice nails in my life, now they look elegant and well-groomed, and it lasts for about 4 weeks. I think I have become a Shellac-lifer, haha! :)
-
Fantastic - what a difference! Keep it going!!!
-
Wow - you lost a whole other person!
