Yes, I topped 278-lbs and didn't feel good at all. I have a bad back which was one of the major drivers for me losing weight. It took me about 10 months of consistent record keeping of food and walking to make it happen. I landed at 160lbs and went up to the mid 170s where I am now. I'd like to be somewhere in the mid 160s and call it a day.
Just be consistent. If you mess up, be adult about it and move on. A day or two isnt going to set you back. It happens. Just get back on track and have a strong start day and go with it.
My waist was 44" and went to 32 to 34". My friends and family that haven't seen me in awhile don't even recognize me!
You ALL can do it!!!!!! Pick a day, make the decision and commitment and go with it and DON"T LOOK BACK!!!!!!!!!!!0 -

Well done Sir - very impressive and motivational!My main form of exercise is walking. I use a pedometer and I target 45-60min per day, most days of the week.
I target fruits and veggies, target 1200 calories each day. I watch portion sizes.
