Had a question though...did you stick with 1200 cal diet thru out? Never followed the TDEE-20% or -10%...? Just curious to know...there is so much discussion about increasing cal intake on MFP....so would like to know your story....

That's awesome man! I have about the same amount to lose to get to my (initial) goal weight, and I'm about halfway there. It's great to see someone that has made it all the way...very encouraging! Way to go!0

Hi, my doc had me keep track of my calories and used the 1200 daily calories intake as a guide. There were days I netted 700 and others 1500+ because of the varying amount of exercise I did and food I ate. I used the HMR shakes as a tool to fill me up with low calorie.You look awesome..:) you look totally different now and so good too...
