I also have PCO and on menaphormin(sp) also! And its hard to loose weight. It comes off slow but its works and the dr is happy with my progress! Takes time but stick with it!!

I have the same exact problem! UGH im doing Zumba alot this week so hopefully by the end of next week i will start to see results....

I did do that but finally as of last week i dont have to anymore , my clothes finally fit me now and alittle loose! LOL

happened to be before,. Make sure you stretch really good before hand and wear good sneakers. In a few days the pain should go.... It took mine like 3 days before the pain left, Stupid me went for a walk in croc shoes never do that LOL I learned my lesson!!

Well im not a stay at home mom but i do watch kids in my home and really enjoy it! It has taken me 3 months to even loose 14lb and its hard to get in time still since i work 3/4ths of the day, But somethings that help me smaller portions, eating more fruit and veggys( salad) . Even those little things will be a start if…

same thing happened to me, You need to stretch good before doing any workout and make sure you wear sneakers until the pain is almost gone!!

well some of my snacks included sugar free vanilla pudding cups( 60 cal) or sugar free chocolate pudding cups (80 cal) or i got the 100 cal cookies , 90 calorie fiber bars and 100 cal popcorn. And fruit that has natural sugar in it....

I tried to google it and didnt get far so what i do is put it under dance fast,twist or something like that and put in how many minutes down and it will tell you how many calories.... sorry hope that helps. I love doing Zumba!
