Zumba DVD question

So I have a question about Zumba DVD not the class...

About how many calories does Zumba Cardio Party burn?! Anyone know? I guess I can try Googling it to see a round about..and I don't have a HRM just yet..that's on my agenda to do :).

    I tried to google it and didnt get far so what i do is put it under dance fast,twist or something like that and put in how many minutes down and it will tell you how many calories.... sorry hope that helps. I love doing Zumba!

    I burn about 500 plus when I do the dvds

    I track it as low impact aerobics because my heart rate stays in my moderate zone and there isn't a ton of jumping around. Your calories burned will of course depend on your weight/height.
