If you need to eat then I would say eat. I mean, fast food places generally have some semi healthy options or you can just get something to hold you over until later. For example, if you want fries get a small fry but skip the whole meal. If you skip the meal, you may just over endulge later which wont help anyway.

Glad I am not the only one who HATES biking. I am doing a new running program where i only run three days & dang it. the two days where i have to cross train on a bike KILL me.

I'm doing the FIRST running program or 3PLUS2, Run 3 days a week, cross train 2 or 3. Works great for me. :-)

Stay busy. I am horrible about eating when I'm bored and stressed so I try my hardest to make sure I'm to busy to be bored. I would say go. As much as you don't want to you will feel better after, not only because you worked out and got your endorphins going, but also because it won't seem liked you ate to badly. If you end up going and the bites get worse or they start to cause more problems you could always cut out early. But I know workign…

My biggest tip is to make time to do some kind of physical activity.
