Hi Everyone, Does anyone has any good ideas for ab workouts? I have never been good about working on my midsection but I want to give it a another chance. Will I get results by doing 100 crunches a day (25 of four different types). Or would planks give me better results? Any and all suggestions would be terrific! Thanks!
