Hi everyone!
I am really hoping to have more success this time and am looking for some support. I am 23 and have always been right around 127 to 133. But am now really wanting to change that range to 125 to 127. I've always wanted to get down to 125, I just haven't ever done it. Not to make excusses but for the most part I like how I look so I also decide it is just too much work or not exactly worth it to put down the candy bar after a rough day at work or skip the sweet tea. But, I know I have a few pounds I need to vanish. Anyway, I would appreciate any support I can get.

Welcome! Good for you for doing this while you're young, because the older you get, the harder it gets- so kudos there! Whether you're looking to lose 2 lbs or 202 lbs, it's all about the lifestyle change - to keep it off and be a healthier person, in my eyes. On here what I've found is planning ahead and exercise are huge to help you stay on track. Log everything so you can see how many calories foods can add as an impact - it's eye opening! Good luck with your goal! Start a weight loss ticker so you can see your progress, it's fun and I hope you enjoy it. The success stories on here are very motivating!0
