Hey I'm looking for a fun and healthy dish for a Superbowl party, perhaps something sweet but not a seven layer dip. Any suggestions? Thanks!

gina has tons of ideas! if you want sweet i love fresh apples with fat free cream cheese and marshmallow fluff. I use a tablespoon to dish it what is missed by my guests but lets me measure what I eat. Oh and it's known as the crack dip because no one can walk away from it

I'm going to do Turkey Burgers. Gonna wing a recipe I came up with in my head.

    1lb Ground Turkey
    1 egg white
    1 or 2 Tbsp Chives
    1 or 2 Tbsp parsely
1 or 2 Tbsp Dried Chopped Onions

Just grill them up on a skillet til they are cooked through.

Instead of using a hamburger bun I've got Thin Slice Corn Tortilla shells. 2 shells = 80 calories

Then of course loading it up with lettuce/tomatoes and MAYBE a slice of 2% PepperJack Cheese.
  • My neighbors are having bbq, and I knew if I didnt make something I would blow it. So I decided to make a shrimp and crab ceviche with tomato onion cucumber and a bit of avocado. Should be yummy with chile and limon. Yum!
