Maintenance not Weight Loss?

Is there anyone on this site who is focusing more on weight maintenance instead of weight loss? I keep coming in under my calorie count but I'm not hungry. Maybe, my approach is wrong though... I'm just looking aorund for some advice. if anyone has any I would love to hear it!

    I've been trying to maintain for the past several months. Now I'm actually supposed to be trying to gain a little weight though. While most of the time I have to really watch myself or i'll go over, sometimes I do have a lot left over and I try to make up for it

    I am maintaining also! It is so much easier to lose! :sad: maintaining is harder. But so far I am keeping with it. I eat great during the week, but tend to splurge some on weekends. I am still exercising but, cut back from 6 days a week to 3-4.
