hi just joined. am trying to gradually get in better shape and loose some weight too. I am STRESS53 that title says it all stress in my life! had small area taken of breast cancer and finished radiation about a month ago. Am going to be on an estrogen blocker med soon/have had fibromalygia for about 10 years. am overweight and out of shape. fatigue ;is an issue.
i am trying to walk steps as an initial goal for fitness/i know i should do something more strenous but for now want to work up to goal of 10000 steps per day.
suggestions are encouraged to help me. thanks much REVA

1000 steps/day is a great way to start! You can do it! Just do a little bit each day & results will be yours! :-)0

Exactly, any start is a start. Go at your own pace, stick with it and you will start to notice the results. Good luck!0
