Hi everyone! My name is Roxanne. I am 21 years old and am ready to lose weight. I have been on myfitnesspal for a while, but just started getting serious. In February, i weighed about 120lbs. However, I consumed less that 1,000 calories a day, which was not healthy. When I started eating normally, the weight came so quickly. Now, I'm close to 140lbs, and it really broke my heart to see that. I'm short--only about 5 feet tall, so being 140lbs may not sound like a lot, but shows terribly on my body. I am ready to go back to how I used to look, but by doing it the healthy way! I hope to find more people doing what I'm doing so we can encourage each other!
