  • Just keep doing what you're doing. It's obviously working if you're losing weight. As for buying pants, don't necessarily buy bigger ones. I find as I lose weight my pants slip down around my hips and give me a muffin top. Perhaps a smaller size would fit better seeing as you've lost weight.
  • How about just saying you appreciate all his help but you'd quite like a new trainer just for something fresh to keep you motivated? Good on you for trying to do something about it BTW.
  • Having had a third party almost destroy my marriage all I can say is you need to stay away from this guy. What's more important to you, your marriage or your weight loss? I'm not judging you all, I'm just trying to give you advice because I've been through the hell of a cheating partner. Is there not another trainer you…
  • I started off with 30 Day Shred and then did Ripped in 30 which was even better. LOVE the Jillian Michaels workouts. I've toned up heaps. I'm just doing them off youtube.
  • I used to hate exercise and I still do lol. But I love the feeling of accomplishment afterwards and try to focus on that. I've just accepted exercise is something I need to do if i want to lose weight and tone up, whether I enjoy it or not
  • I think it's 10 days on each level. At least that's what I did
  • I know what you mean about the arms feeling weaker. I feel like mine are tired before I've even begun, let alone holding me up during the planking. I'm hoping as the week goes on they'll get stronger...they better!
  • Hope you guys don't mind me joining in. I'm on Week 2 and man those flippin plank cardios are killing me. I get sooo frustrated that I can't quite get through the whole 2 mins cardio. I can handle my legs burning, but it's my shoulders and arms that are letting me down. They just get too sore in that position. Anyone else…
  • I had one a year ago. i've recently started doing a mixture of 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 because they're an all round good workout and include ab exercises. I find lying on your back and rasing your legs together from the ground to 90 degrees and back down again really works out that lower tummy area. Still too early…
  • I'm pretty boring and just have 2 weetbix with some canned peaches on top. Keeps me full and isn't high in calories
  • I'll join you! I need to cut back a bit too. I hardly drank anything for a few weeks and was losing weight, but in the last 2 weeks I've had more wine than usual amd my weight loss has been slower. I'll probably still have a glass each night...just not the 3-4 I've been having lately!
  • I think a bit of both makes for a good relationship. But I think it's most important to feel wanted. After being with someone who was unfaithful that's how I feel now anyway :blushing:
  • Hi everyone :) I'm a mum of 2 and am trying to lose the weight from my last pregnancy (1 year ago). I've been on here for a few months but only got serious the last month or so. Still got about 7 kgs to go. My husdand works away which can be really hard, juggling the kids and trying to find the time to workout. Feel free…
  • Dealing with emotional issues by eating and indulging in wine :drinker: Not anymore though
  • I took before pics but haven't built up the courage to take after ones! I'm on week 4 of doing a mixture of 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. The first couple fo weeks I lost no weight and got quite dieheartened but this last week I've lost 4 pounds. I guess my bosy was building muscle those first couple of weeks and now I'm…
  • I'm a mum too with a 5 year old and 1 year old. I've started doing my workouts in the lounge so I can get my exercise and still keep an eye on the baby. I do the first one while the girls are eating breakfast and the second one when we get home from school, just before baby goes down for a nap. Plus I walk to and from…
