Try it modified by keeping one knee on the ground to help support your weight. The outer leg extended, then bring your arm down beneath you. and then reach it back to the sky it is an awesome reach.

I tried to work out even though i was sick. did what i could even though I can't breathe dang sinuses. Tomorrow not going to do elliptical but will stretch and try some yoga and easy weights.

I think it provides a great work out. It's fun and sometimes challenging and my kids like to get in on it.

Couldn't agree more, but I've switched to healthier style pastas! More bang for your buck and usually can eat a little more for the same amount of calories in regular pastas.

Any trainer will tell you don't cut carbs, just eat better ones. Cutting carbs may work short term but won't help you maintain. I know this, I also know that of the twelve pounds I have dropped i've fluctuated twice and gained back between my regular weigh ins. I started MPF in January but not the working out. that I started back in December.

Thanks Yes it does help I did read about the BMR and at first I was pretty sedentary, and I have dropped 12 pounds since starting , I know I don't feel like I am starving I do feel full, it's the work out that at first after ten minutes on the elliptical i would feel woozy and be like I can't do more...

Mine was getting compared to my husbands ex who never ate anything, she would pick and pick but never actually eat it. I never wanted to hurt my MIL's feelings by not eating what she made even if I didn't like it.
