I’m 225 first goal is to be 199 by end of August. Already lost 5 pounds.

I’m on and off the exercise wagon. I wanna loose 50+. I try and walk different amounts every day hoping that helps.. I was hoping to loose it by end of summer not looking like it’s gonna happen. I stay under calorie count most of the time I go over every once in a while when we go out with friends.

july 30 = 213 only 1 pound, not great but at least something. august 6 = 211 2 pounds this week better august 13 = 210 1 pound , should have done better.,only one week left. gotta starve to make it. august 20 =

i take the water challenge.i try to drink 8 glasses a day but its hard when you work retail an cant always stop for drinks. the walmart version to the mio is also a good alternative for flavor with no calories.it 7-30-12 but ill do the challange this month, its never too late to start.
