Your body views it all the same way....Sugar is naturally high in calories, so just make sure you are at your appropriate caloric intake and make sure to balance the fruits with proteins so that you are not hungry. Muscle weighs more than fat, so that could be part of the issue....Continue to log what you eat and your workouts. You will see a drop in weight once you have gained the muscle.

I am just curious, I have never had the flat stomach...I feel like I am dropping weight, but the fat on the belly is not coming off..What do you suggest?

I think it really depends on the person and how much weight they are trying to loose. I find that 1200 is a a good starting point for me if I don't work out. Then I find I can loose more if I only eat about half of what I work off... For example I start with 1200 and then work out and burn 400 calories. So that means I eat…

Don't give up. That is the thing. As long as you keep working and keep counting the calories, you will drop the weight. It is just a matter. of time. You will see the weight come off.
