Since I started working out hard, Im gaining weight

I started adding strength training into my workouts. For 45 minutes I do resistance bands and havd weights and when I do my treadmill I do weights to. SO why am I gaining. I have gained in my hips of all places. I have been doing alot of lunges and squats. Im getting really mad at myself. Im also on N-Zero energy supplements. I just quit taking C4 explosive energy because I heard Creatine makes you gain.

    Muscle weighs more than fat, so that could be part of the issue....Continue to log what you eat and your workouts. You will see a drop in weight once you have gained the muscle.
