From my understanding 709 of your exercice calories don't have to be eaten as this amount would keep you at a deficit of 1000 Maintain = 1744 BMR = 1453 BMR + 1000 cals = 2453 - 1774 = 709 So looking at your example for today you would eat 1453 + 517 (remainder of exercise cals) = 1970 Which is the same amount as you have…

Just now I'm loving PhD Nutrition - Diet Whey in Belgian Chocolate flavour and its super yummy. Shakes up lovely and thick like a milkshake when you only use water. I've been classing 250 ml as a glass. 250 ml x 8 = 2l I carry a 500ml sports top bottle as I find it so much easier to keep track.
