Lots of overnight ideas for oatmeal. However...I buy the 100% whole grain quick oats...mix 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, add to it 1/2 teasp cinnamon & nutmeg; microwave it for 1.5 minutes; remove and add a little Mrs. Butterworth's sugar free syrup. Nice and tasty, keeps me going all morning and the whole process takes less…

Well I guess no one wants to read my post or answer my question, so if I could figure out how to delete the topic I would.

Any flavor of cake mix and any flavor of diet soda? Oh what possibilities.

I'm not taking them or will I ever, but someone sent me an e-mail about it this morning so I was just wondering. Thanks for your replies.

LOL -- nope and I don't like raspberries either.

I'm starting over, too. Since Jan. 2012 I lost 22 lbs but gained back all but 8 lbs. I was so embarrassed and depressed that I deleted all my comments and friends. I really don't like logging everything I eat...which caused me to stop using MFP several months ago. Although it did keep me more focused. Will try again.

I'm 5'2" and in 4 months will be 65; I'd love to reach 110 but will be happy to be anywhere from 110 - 130.

Flo, I can't see your pictures either....not even with the link you provided...maybe I'm doing something wrong. Wish I could see them.

I'm 64, 5'2", current weight 179.5, pant size petite XL. Hopefully a smaller size soon.

I was just wondering about that and found this site on the community message board. For a change of pace from drinking plain water, I've begun to drink quart sized bottles of flavored sparkling water and flavored seltzer. Even though there are no calories and no sodium in both, are they good for your stomach? :drinker:

I'm 64+ & joined MFP this January...you can add me if you'd like.

Agreed!!! I usually buy Hannaford's brand because I can get a "LARGE" size container. Really I don't care what brand I eat as long as it is crunchy...I LOVE IT!!!!!

I weigh myself every day around the same time, and log it into MFP daily no matter if it is a loss or gain. It keeps me focused...if I don't the pounds creep up and I become afraid to find out how much I've gained.
-
I weigh myself everyday and record on MFP both the losses and gains. To myself I must remain true. If I don't weigh myself daily I tend to become out of control and then become afraid because I think I've gained a lot of weight, which usually I do.

This is what I always order with a large ice water...love it!!!!!

Please explain why after a workout you should eat back those calories. I don't understand.

I went for a while several year ago but the limited hours/days opened didn't fit into my schedule. Plus several Curves in my area have not remained opened very long. Lots of money spent if they close.

I was an Administraive Assistant in a banking institution, but my position was eliminated 1/19/2011, so now I'm officially retired.

My birth data is 9/22/1947. If anyone is close to my age, add me to your friend's list if you'd like.

Hi, my name is Phyllis. I take one levothyroxine 125 mcg pill the first thing each morning. I was told I had a thyroid condition in 2002, It took a couple years to find the proper medication for me, but since then I've had no problems. I seem to be tired a lot but my doctor says I need to walk on the treadmill more. I…

Definitely more than I need. I dug a pair out last weekend to wear & had to take them off because they hurt my toes; actually most of them hurt my feet. Since this topic has come up, its a wonderful time to purge my closet. Don't they say less is more? I have lots of "professional work" shoes but now that I'm not working I…
