Meat and veggies. Look at my diary from yesterday. I had 1279 calories and ended up 22% Protein, 50% Fat, 28% Carbs. I wasn't hungry at all by the end of the day.

I'm a runner/walker. I'm asthmatic, overweight, and probably will not ever be able to run a solid mile without stopping. Kudos to those that do. That said, you can TOTALLY do this. What do you make yours with? I make mine with 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp chia seeds. It's calorie hefty but tides me over from around 8am until 11:30am lunch.

I'm prediabetic and set at 1280. Feel free to add me and/or take a look at my diary. It's an adjustment but I find if you find FILLING foods...you can eat alot and not feel hungry during the day.

I don't like fish but I'm good with tuna from a can. I also eat alot of chicken/turkey/beef... Like the previous poster said, what vegetable do you like? It also might be in how you prep. I wont touch a raw squash until it's sauteed (light on the butter) to a squishy texture and mixed with onions and zucchini... nom.
