Oooh, I must try this. I want to run the color run in April and am trying to circuit train at the moment to build strength. If the race isn't until the end of April when should I start C25K?

Green tea is by no means a magic pill but it helps me refocus. If I take the time to make and drink green tea my cravings are usually gone by the time I finish. Not to mention, the caffeine boost is always helpful!

One thing that has really helped me was reading about junk food. Reading The Omnivore's Dilemma made it hard for me to picture "yummy" foods the same way. Now, just the idea of eating a cheeseburger and french fries makes me sick.
