6 days in and for the last 3 days I'm having trouble getting myself to eat enough calories. This is NEVER an issue for me (obviously, since I'm on this site). I've gone from being ravenous all the time to forcing myself to eat. Is this ok? Is it part of the process?

I am very new to running/ jogging (only taken two runs) and was pain-stricken about a mile and a half in today. My right side felt like something was hemoraging. What was this? When I slowed down it took 5 minutes to subside. Is there anyway to get rid of these cramps? Should I run shorter intervals?
How do I record High Intensity Interval Training? I know it is partially weight training but it torches calories too so I want to include it in cardio. Thus far, I've been recording it as Tae Bo but I don't think that is very accurate. Help!
